A stability ball is a great training tool.
Exercises can be done at home or the gym.
I like to travel with one.
Generally a 55 cm ball fits most, if you are over 6 feet tall you might want a bigger one (65 cm).
Always follow good spine mechanics.
Spine neutral and abdomen in.
Only perform exercises suited for your fitness level
Novice, Intermediate, Advanced
Perform Sidebridge Test to determine.
